  • Unlimited time (Our packages are not time-based. This means that we don’t rush your session, if we need to stay a little longer to capture the shots you want- we can! Most sessions last 30-90 minutes)

FAQ

Why don’t you do sessions by time? How long do we need to plan for?

Going against the grain, we don’t do sessions by time generally as it varies so much! Couples sessions with two adults tend to move at a faster pace than sessions with kids or large families. Where we may need an hour and a half to get enough poses for a family of five with three small children, it may only take thirty minutes to get more than enough poses for adults, for example. In general, I say our basic sessions will last from 30 minutes to 1.5 hours and newborn sessions 1-3 hours.

How long does it take to get our final edited images?

It typically takes 2-3 weeks max to receive your final edited gallery back.

What if it rains for my outdoor session?

Unfortunately, I cannot control the weather (as much as I wish I could)! If it is calling for or actually raining on the day of your session, we will reschedule to a new date that works for you!

We are running late, what now?

Getting kiddos out the door is a job in itself. As long as you are onsite within 15 minutes of your scheduled session time, it is no biggie! I do ask, however, if you are going to be over 15 minutes late that we reschedule the session.

How long does it take to get our proofing gallery back?

It generally takes 48 hours to receive your unedited proofing gallery to choose your images from!

Why should we order prints through you versus a third party printer such as Walmart, CVS, Shutterfly, ETC.?

We use a high-end, professional only lab that is calibrated specifically to our colors and quality. If you order through us, you will get high quality, true to color prints. This is not always true when ordering through another company, however, and we cannot guarantee any print quality from any other provider, therefore you are printing at your own risk.

What if we have a family emergency/other event/etc come up on the day of our session?

We understand that life happens! We offer one non-weather related reschedule at no cost to you as long as we are notified within 8 hours of your scheduled session time, as I understand that things do come up.
